In 2002, after 15+ years of senior-level employment with South Florida Water Management District, TAC Environmental Water Resources Consulting, Inc. (TAC) was established by Paul J. Whalen as an independent environmental consulting service. With a unique combination of educational & experience areas, a multi-disciplinary viewpoint and approach is brought to problem solving.
